KAREA’s ‘Ride for Refuge’

SEPTEMBER 23, 2023 | CHECK-IN STARTS AT 3:00 PM

We are super excited to announce KAREA’s ‘Ride for Refuge’ event in support of Kingston Homes for Heroes – Veterans’ Village!  Ride for Refuge is a family-friendly, in-person fundraising ride/walk held on Saturday, September 23, 2023 (across Canada) in support of charities that help people needing refuge from danger, hardship, and abuse. The event will kick off at 4:00 p.m. (check-in starts at 3:00 p.m.) at the Legion at Collins Bay and will feature a safe, signed, and staffed 5 km walk + 10/20 km bike ride with rest stops and support along the way. Participants can walk, ride – anything they want to raise funds. You can attend the in-person event on September 23, or just fulfill your commitment at a different time (i.e. in the months before the actual event date). You can register now (which we recommend!) to get a head start on your fundraising or register at a later date.
